Legal Disclosures
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These Legal Disclosures supplement the Terms of Service / EULA and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service govern for contractual matters.
1. Company
The Quzaic platform and website are operated by [Company Legal Name], [Entity Type, e.g., a Delaware LLC], with a place of business at [Mailing Address]. Contact: [support@quzaic.com].
2. Trademarks
"Quzaic", the Quzaic logo, and related marks are trademarks of [Company Legal Name]. Other names and logos (including Lovable, Stripe, and Resend) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
3. No professional advice
The Service and any AI-assisted outputs are provided for general product-development purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, testing, and deploying any changes to your applications. Quzaic does not modify your applications automatically; every change passes through approval and verification gates that you control.
4. AI-assisted features
Portions of the Service use automated and AI systems to interpret feedback and draft proposed changes. These outputs may contain errors or omissions and are suggestions only. You must independently review outputs before acting on them. Feedback and other user-submitted text are processed strictly as data and are not executed as instructions.
5. Third-party integrations
The Service can connect to third-party tools you choose (e.g., Lovable for building, Stripe for payments, Resend for email). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Quzaic is not responsible for their availability, security, or actions. You are responsible for the credentials and configurations you use to connect them.
6. Billing & payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by Quzaic. Billing terms, trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are described in the Terms of Service.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Any availability commitments, if offered, will be stated in a separate written agreement.
8. External links
Our website and Service may contain links to third-party sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
